The Brick Tavern Drink Receipes
BT Old Fashioned
● 1 sugar cube
● 2 dashes Angostura bitters
● 1 dash orange bitters
● 2 oz Town Branch
● Small piece of orange peel
● Optional: Small sprig of fresh rosemary
Gently smoke the inside of the glass by lighting a small sprig of rosemary or a
small piece of orange peel until it smolders. Place the glass upside down over
the smoldering item to capture the smoke.
Leave the glass inverted while you build the cocktail.
